We are Liverpool Business Associates Ltd, who use the trading name of Liverpool BA, and provide a range of marketing and business support services, as well as organising B2B events.

How do we collect information from you?

We obtain information about you when you use our website, visit one of our events, or when you contact us or make enquiries about our events, products and services.

In general our activities are business to business and we regard the contact we have with you as being covered by “Legitimate Interest” within the GDPR framework. This does not affect your rights in respect of opting out or unsubscribing from any mailing lists that we manage.

If you make a purchase or product from us, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions as explained below.
